This is an individually tailored full body massage related to the area of complaint and directed at specific holding patterns and their structure.
The treatment is customized to suit each client’s specific needs.
To release tension in the cellular memory and to support a free flow of energy on a deep physical level, we can include elements of various techniques such as:
Deep Tissue / Sports Massage
DORN-Breuss Spine Treatment
Acupressure and Reflexology
TRAGER (joint release)
Massaging the bodies tissue and fascia helps blood circulation, lymph flow and simply nourishment. It is soothing and increases blood flow. It can be used to prevent or ease pain of any kind in the body. The applied massage techniques can help the body to unwind and enliven the tissue. This way the body can remember its mobility and begin to return to its original radiance and aliveness.
Communication, verbally or nonverbally, is key to receiving a good massage.
What pressure are you comfortable with? Do you want to relax or do you have some issue you want to address? Some information might sound unrelated but may directly impact your current area of concern. For example, previous neck surgery may still influence a sensation in your arm. Are you getting any referred pain, numbness or tingling?
During a session, it is encouraged to breathe into the areas of concern and the areas that are worked on. Please note that if you ever feel uncomfortable it is your right to alter or stop the treatment at any time. Your feedback and questions are helpful and welcome.
